Hit a roadblock? Tell us.

Wrong course on your timeline, a transcript that won’t parse, a requirement the audit got wrong — send it over and we’ll take a look.

Include your major if it’s about the audit — that’s the first thing we check, and it usually explains the problem on its own.

If a specific course is wrong, naming it (ETI 300W, MATH 110) gets it fixed much faster than “my timeline looks weird.”

Replies go straight to the email you enter, usually within a day or two.

What happened, and what did you expect instead?

Before you write

A few things that come up often enough to be worth checking first — the FAQ covers the rest.

  • Upload the unofficial transcript, not the official one. LionPATH → Academic Records → Unofficial Transcript.
  • A course your department approved as a substitute can be declared in the app — you don’t need us for that, and the plan reflows around it immediately.
  • If your major has no official plan modelled yet, the timeline packs by credit load rather than following a published sequence. That’s expected, not a bug.

Deleting your account

You don’t need to email us for this. The Account screen in the app deletes your transcript, parsed courses, profile, and sessions permanently. Details in the privacy policy.
